Take the following steps for a smoother and secure Nova!

A) 

Use Microsoft Edge since Nova is tested on this browser

Cashed Internet files should be cleared after an Update of Nova. This could be performed via a setting in Edge which we recommend that it is set. The setting in Edge can be reached via edge://settings/clearBrowsingDataOnClose and in that window, make sure "Cashed images and files" is checked. By doing this setting, you don't have to do anything else after an upgrade of Nova.

B) 

Pop-up blocker

In some cases, Pop-up blocker must be turned off for the Nova site. Normally, the built-in pop-up blocker in Edge can be active.

C)

Use Google Chrome as an alternative browser

Google Chrome is based on the same platform as Edge and can therefore be used.
Cashed Internet files should be cleared after an Update of Nova. This could be performed via a setting in Chrome which we recommend that it is set. The setting in Google Chrome can be reached via chrome://settings/content/siteData and in that window,
make sure "Delete data sites have saved to your device when you close all windows" is checked. By doing this setting, you don't have to do anything else after an upgrade of Nova.
